Shipping

We ship to addresses across the UK. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your pre-owned luxury handbag arrives safely.

UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This gives you ample time to receive and inspect your item before deciding.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unused and with all original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity documentation included.
Items showing signs of use after delivery will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at inkedpreownedluxuryhandbags@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
Securely package your item and send it back using a tracked and insured shipping service. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
